Apacer Fully Buffered DIMM (FB-DIMM) technology is a new memory architecture that addresses the scaling needs of both capacity and bandwidth in enterprise platforms replacing earlier parallel-based systems. FB-DIMM provides significant capacity and bandwidth improvements over existing DDR- and DDR-2 based systems. FB-DIMM also provides enhanced RAS capabilities, a key requirement for server platforms.

The Module is DDR2-800 CL5 Fully Buffered DIMM. The Module density from 512MB to 4GB it consists DDR2-800MHz Synchronous DRAMs in FBGA packages, Memory Module intented for mounting into 240-pin edge connector sockets.
