APACER TECHNOLOGY INC. (이하 "Apacer" 라 칭함)는 보증기간 내에 원자재와 제조기술상의 결함에 대하여 무상으로 품질보증을 합니다. 그에 대한 조건은, Apacer는 원자재나 제조기술상의 부적함의 원인으로 발생한 불량품에 대하여는 수리해주거나 다른 제품으로 교환해줄 수 있습니다. 수리하는 부품이나 교환해주는 제품은 새 제품이나, 새 제품에 준한 성능의 재생품으로 교환할 수 있습니다.

이 품질보증은 외부가 오염되거나, 사고, 약품, 오용, 불, 화재, 물, 천재지변, 개인적인 재해로 인하여 제품에 손상되거나, 고객의 조작 잘못이나 부당한 수리개조에 의한 고장이나 파손은 해당하지 않습니다.

품질보증 기간
3년 품질보증: Apacer 산업용 저장장치의 품질보증 기간은 3년으로 산업용 플래시 카드, USB 플래시, SATA 플래시와 PATA 플래시가 이에 해당됩니다.

Apacer will identify product warranty by the manufacture date. Referring to products with expired maintenance/collection period, APACER supplies an addition of 3 month's maintenance period.

This warranty covers only repair or replacement of defective Apacer products, as provided above. Apacer is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any costs associated with servicing and/or the installation of Apacer products. Apacer will not discontinue support of its products, nor obsolete its products, as long as there are component materials available in the marketplace and reasonable customer demand for the products. In case to have above condition, Customer agrees that Apacer delivers a similar product in return.

만일 제조일련번호가 없거나 누군가에 의하여 조작되었다면 품질보증을 받을 수 없습니다.

This warranty does not cover products purchased through auctions, both on-line and off-line. Sale of discounted merchandise is final and Apacer will not provide refund or exchange.

Typographical, Photographic and Technical Errors

Apacer does its best to be accurate but occasionally mistakes do occur. Apacer is not responsible for any typographical, photographic or technical errors. Apacer will try to advise you of any such errors affecting you via email confirmation when you place your order. Note: Products and packaging depicted may differ from stock available at time of shipment; Apacer reserve s the right to substitute equivalent items.

Apacer disclaims all warranties either expresses or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Apacer shall have no liability to anyone for incidental or consequential damages merchandise which is sold "AS IS". Apacer makes no warranty as to the performance of any merchandise sold.

The Product must be used with devices that conform to the recommended industry standards. Apacer will not be liable for damages resulting from a third party device that causes the Product to fail. Apacer shall in no event be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, lost profits, lost business investments lost goodwill, or interference with business relationships as a result of lost data.

SN 라벨로 제조일자 확인하기
	시리얼 번호의 3번부터 6번째 숫자가 생산한 년도와 주를 뜻합니다. 예로:
	"S/N: 77 0012 23456" 는 2000년 12번째 주(3월)을 가리킵니다. "S/N: 88 0202 23456" 는 2002년 2번째 주(1월)을 가리킵니다.
